What is the typical shipping timeframe for home decor items?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, while larger furniture pieces may require additional time for specialized handling.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Cheerstash ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

We take pride in our quality control, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once the item arrives.

Are the materials used in your products sustainably sourced?

Cheerstash is committed to ethical sourcing. A majority of our wooden furniture and textile collections are crafted from reclaimed materials or certified sustainable forests and organic fibers.
